- We respect your right to deletion - When your data is synced to Cokora Cloud, all account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days

Information Automatically Collected
- Usage Analytics: We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how our app and website are used, including features accessed, time spent in the app, screen views, and user interactions. PostHog collects anonymized event data and does not store your name or email unless you are an identified user
- AI Assistant Observability (Langfuse): When you use the Cokora AI Assistant (beta), we capture anonymized operational logs through Langfuse, a third-party LLM observability service. These logs may include technical metadata such as response times, token usage, which specialist consultant handled your question, error diagnostics, and conversation content needed to debug and improve the Assistant. Logs are anonymized: we do not include your name, email address, or other personally identifying information. We may include internal user, session, and baby IDs to correlate traces for debugging; these are non-PII technical identifiers only and cannot identify you on their own
- Error Logs: We automatically log mobile app usage data to identify and fix technical errors, crashes, and performance issues
- Location Data: We collect your location information solely to provide relevant weather information. We do not store or track your location

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Third-Party Services
- Google Analytics: We share anonymized usage data with Google Analytics to analyze app performance and user behavior
- PostHog: We use PostHog for product analytics on our website and mobile app. PostHog collects anonymized usage data such as page views, screen views, button clicks, and feature usage. - Langfuse: We use Langfuse to capture anonymized operational logs from the AI Assistant (beta), including technical performance data and conversation traces used to diagnose errors and improve response quality. We do not send your name, email address, or other personally identifying information to Langfuse. - Cloud Services: When you enable cloud sync, your data is stored securely in Cokora Cloud infrastructure

- Deleted Accounts: When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from Cokora Cloud within 7 business days
- AI Assistant Logs: Anonymized Langfuse observability logs are retained only as long as needed to monitor and improve the Assistant, then deleted or aggregated according to Langfuse's retention settings
- Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data during such transfers.
